P.B.T. is a cross-disciplinary practice that doesn't compete with other techniques but rather supports and enhances them, providing strong postural foundations that facilitate and accelerate the technical learning of any dance style.

P.B.T. bestows balance, strength, grace, and stability even to those who don't intend to pursue dance professionally but simply aim to have optimal body alignment.
