The elasticity, shape, and texture of Matilde’s Braid allow for the execution of programs and exercises aimed at increasing muscle strength and tone, core control, alignment, mobility, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
In Matilde’s Braid classes, sequences of exercises are performed to enhance muscle strength and tone, alignment and breath control, joint mobility and flexibility, balance, and coordination.
The lessons unfold with rhythmic movements and choreographic musical interweaving inspired by an integration of movement art techniques including Dance, Yoga, and Pilates.
